Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or damaged products caused by improper use.
• Items returned without prior authorization.
• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items
  

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
